Thanks guys. I usually use some kind of T shirt for the cloth. I don't have any tutorials, but since this is kind of unique, I might put something together.

Thanks. The level of articulation depends on the outfit mostly. It does hinder the movement, but you can still get some dynamic poses out of him. He's not as limber as a figure without cloth all over, but I really don't think he needs to be. For example, his arms won't raise all the way up and go around again, and while he can do the splits, why would this figure ever need to? The poses in my pics are pretty bland, but there's still a decent amount of articulation.
