Started with tenth doctor figure and added new hair, facial features, shoes, tie and coat lapels in apoxie sculpt. The capey-type thingy is made from flexible sculpey, the new futuristic wonder material that makes it possible for regular joes like me to fashion action figure fashions. painted with high quality acrylic paints in many many thin coats.
Interesting news about the fexible super sculpy. Can you post a link to where it can be bought (or at least where it's discussed?). Is it still something that requires baking in an oven to cure, and how flexible is it?
