Like my other custom, the Shock Trooper, this is heavily inspired by Killzone. This one also takes inspiration from the upcoming GI Joe: Pursuit of Cobra Jungle Viper

The full recipe:

ROC Flash torso and arms
Upper legs from Arctic Snake Eyes (25th)
Lower legs are a combination from Resolute Duke and a Star Wars Arctic Clone Trooper
The head is a City Strike Snake Eyes with night vision goggles from another Snake Eyes
The cloaked hood is from a Star Wars figure
The rest is random fodder and the rifle is from Marauder Gun Runners
