Here we have Just A Guy Named Joe who showed up in several Spidey issues back when and even teamed up with Captain America for a few times. He was just a regular guy that got exposed to some chemicals on a movie set and ended up having berserker powers. Basically he could only have powers whenever he became enraged. He started off as a mutual enemy and then became an ally to the both of them.

The head was completely sculpted as well as his shoulder guard harness thing.
Then he was given a full repaint to capture the reference pics art.
