Plastic Man of the JLA! Kind of went with a new look for Plas. Gave him a shorter neck line and a Thinner belt. Makes him look a bit more modern. But yea the comic relief of the JLA, Plas here was mad with the following.

Head: DCUC Superman (Glasses sculpted)
Base: ML Captain Marvel
Forearms: ML Mr. Fantastic
Alternate Forearms: ML Mr. Fantastic
