A buddy needed a figure he designed on City of Heroes. Hea is from Mvl Legends Adam Warlock and hair is from Doc Samson. Electricity is from Dr Fates energy accessories and Superman Red. He has electricity exuding from his shoulders and eyes and hands. Cape is cut from a DR Fat figure also. Primered painted and aibrushed highlights for illumination effect. The base is from Mvl Legends modern Iron Man, with some busted power lines and a lil fire from a Green Goblin pumpkin bomb. Hope ya like!
