I started by shortening the Surfers legs. Then I completly reschulpted him from head to toe. I used some thin wire fore the wiskers. My mom sowed the cloke fore me and I died it the coller I wanted using ink. After that I painted him in the stile of the Neca TMNT. Now I have a well jointed Splinter to go with my Neca turtles! I hope you like him.
