Sorry I don't know the base figure. Custom paint all around. Head and cape are from a dc figure and body base is from an old Toy Biz wrestler.
The boots and gloves have been modified with stripstyrene as well as batman emblem on chest. The now Batglider is a repainted goblin glider. I don't know that this has ever appeared in a comic book but would be a cool way for batman to get around in a stealth mode. The Utility belt was pieced together with a couple of belts.
The current Batman Odyssey book by Neal Adams was the inspiration for this custom as well as the fact that I've always wanted to make a custom Batman for my collection.
