I had a DC Direct Monitor head that I thought I should do something with, so I flipped through my giant Marvel encyclopedia and found this guy. I had a spare Captain America body (series 1) and thought it was a perfect match. Doesn't seem to get made that often so I was excited to do something a little obscure and after a little apoxie and a little paint, he came out pretty well.
