OK- this is a custom I've been waiting to do for years and I finally got around to doing it! A Mega City 1 Judge's Lawmaster motorbike! These bikes are the street Judge's main vehicle, patrolling the mean streets of Mega City 1.
I was quite nervous attempting this custom as I wanted it to turn out as well as I could, and this is the first vehicle I've attempted at this scale. I have been looking for a suitable bike base model for some time- then I found the base model and things just came together.
This version of the Lawmaster is not a specific one from the comics- I was looking at various artist's drawings of the bike and just basically picked out the bits I liked the best.
The announcement of the new Dredd film is also making my head work overtime- so I wanted to get this custom (and other Dredd/2000ad customs) done before a toy company comes along and produces a range of figures( hopefully anyway!!)
Recipe:
Dredd- LCBH - see separate Dredd custom post for details
Bike- Rescue Heroes bike for the base model
Handle bars/exhaust pipes, headlights - Spiderman motorbike (Toybiz )
The rest of it is built up with plasticard, balsa wood and other scrap items from my bits box.

A comic accurate paint job and there you go!
I didn't really enjoy making the model initially- as it was a learning curve for me- this sat on my to do bench for some time before I got on with finishing it- once I got into the swing of it I really enjoyed making it especially applying the paints and seeing the model come together
I'm quite pleased with the final model- I think Dredd looks good on the bike- I hope you chaps like it too.
