So this was one of the most difficult to make, finding the right figure, re-sculpting and modding it and the head, and finding a good reference picture as well. I decided to go with the more cartoonish look I have seen for him. I ended up using a heavily modified Splinter head and feet from TMNT. Then added a tail from some random figure pony tail. Sculpted the body, gloves, and belt. Made the rocket pack from a an old transformers weapon and attached it using rare earth magnets, six in total including the straps. I mean what's Rocket Raccoon without his rocket pack. Re-painted and here he is. I really like that they used this character, the original limited series was always one of my favorite reads. He serves as team tactician and is a very capable fighter. Only eleven more to go for the team!
