Based on his uniform in GOTG, I made jack flag from a Hasbro Adam Warlock. Sculpted the face mask, and some of the chest and shoulders, added the belt from an Ann O'Brien figure. Fully repainted and there it is.
I am so doing this one and AmeriCop in my next set of figs. And I love every thing but the mask.I think some heated plastic that was cut to be the bandana would have looked slightly better. But great Job I like that some one else loves Cap. enough to do a series of his characters.
