I tried to think of the most obscure hulk villian ever and I remember the Hulk and Thing graphic novel 'The Big Change' which I loved back in the 80s The first and only appearance of Banger McCrusher.
The Hulk and the Thing are abducted and taken to an alien world to fight all kinds of crazy alien monsters and robots, the dialogue between them is hilarious and the final act is where Banger McCrusher appears( a mixture of both the Hulk and the Thing)..I don't want to spoil the ending incase you guys check it out...you really should :)

He as easy to make 10' inch hulk with lots of sculpting and painting. I included a scan from the graphic novel so you guys can see I'm not making him up.
