This is my custom WHIRLWIND, MASTERS OF EVIL member. He was made using ml sentry figure, head of havok, lower arms of dc figure, and lower boots of powerman. Very nice. When I made mine, I agonised over which costume to use, this one or the original. I went with the original, and am happy with it, but seeing yours makes me want to try again...
