Got my inspiration after seeing lanshark1's Snake Eyes. Not really a GI Joe fan but really dig Ninjas so here is my attempt. Removed the googles from a Vigilante head (yes he actually has eyes under there) and swapped the balljoint peg in the Black Manta body over to Vigilante one (Black Manta balljoint larger than normal DCUC figures).

Head: DCUC Vigilante
Lower Arms: DCUC Black Suit Superman
Holster/Straps: HML Ult. Nick Fury
Weapons: HML Ult. Nick Fury & HML Ronin
Paints: Tamiya Flat Black
