So here is my attempt at a Kick-bum custom. I went with the comic artwork as a reference because I not only do I like Romita but I thought the costume in the comics looked cooler. The the mask, chest, legs, pant legs. glove ends, hair, hands, joint holes, were all sculpted with Fixit.

Base- ML Quicksilver
Head- PlayArts FFX Tidus
Hands-Saw movie figure
Boots- Sota Guile
Back sheath- Fodder from a He-Man
Batons- Handles from dollar store paint brushes w/ cape fodder straps
It was painted, painstakingly, from top to bottom with Citadel paints. I went with a lighter green than he is drawn with because I really wanted him to pop! Let me know what you think! Thanks for looking!
