I used a boy from the bratz line, and decided to go with the variant blue uniform. I added some shimmer to the blue paint, and white wash white for the rest of the costume. The last part was to make the gold halo on his chest then the colors were then sealed with clear gloss. They wings are hand sewn made of cloth satin and feathers. Then I added clear ties that made the wings hang on his shoulders like a back pack. Finally styled his hair and I was done! He came out great! :-D
