One of my newer favorite anime to date "Samurai Champloo" was a Masterpiece for my eyes and ears. Three young travelers Mugen, Fuu,and Jin fight and eat their way through ancient Japan on a quest to find a Samurai that smelt of Sunflowers. This show not only consisted of a great story line, characters, and art, but also some of the freshest Hip hop/Jazzy Beats created by DJ/Producer NUJABES. After the first few episodes, I not only became a fan of the show but also of the incredible Music. Earlier this year I was sad to hear that NUJABES aka Jun Seba had died. So I dedicated this figure to NUJABES. Rest in peace brotha.
Recipe:
Body: ML Angel. Burnt off the wings and sanded it down. Painted with acrylic paints.
Head: Longshot painted and sculpted with epoxi/green stuff.
Sword: From Mugen Statue figure/ added sling and shoulder pad.
Slippers: Made from scratch from Cut up old credit card and epoxi/green stuff then painted.
Clothing: All hand sewn from old shirts. Wrist and ankle bands are blue electric tape.
