The Black Flash Custom Action Figure

I tempted to make the black flash by painting over a spiderman action figure. It didn't come out too good. the only thing I like are the ears. I jabbed a nail through his head then stuck a wire and shaped it how it wanted it, then I painted it red.

THE SECOND PICTURE IS WHAT I WAS TRYING TO MAKE. I DO NOT OWN IT, JUST COPYING THE DESIGN AND IT CAME OUT VERY POORLY.
