I got a mattel penguin and was just going to give him a repaint but thought he was just to tall to go with my collection so I had a ww hornswoggle figure and thought that would work great and it did I'm very happy the way he turned out. It was a simple head swap and a paint job, I made the umbrella with mighty putty its not the best but works great if your on a budget. The jacket was in my parts bin I don't know who but I was glad I rolled up the sleeves instead of cutting them to size and glued down the lapel. Let me know your thoughts, and thanks for looking
