Here we have the ex-wrestler Mayor of metro City! So excited I finally got to make this! Final Fight was the first arcade game I ever beat, and Haggar is by far my favorite videogame character of all time! Ever since I started customizing I've been wanting him. I finally worked out a build that I though would do him justice.
The breakdown:
Upper body/arms/hands- ML Face Off Hulk
Waist down- Smart Hulk
Head/neck- Jakks Pacific UFC Don Frye
Strap- Foamy
Buckle- Styrene strips
Since Haggar and Don Frye get compared so much I thought it only fitting I use his head, and it was in the right scale too :) I had to do a neck transplant from the Frye b/c the Hulk neck was all wrong. The hair, the chin, waist on the pants, part of the neck, joint holes, were all sculpted with Fixit. It was painted with Citadel paints. I tried to really give him an age appropriate/battle heavy face. Thanks for looking! Let me know what you think!
