Almost everyone who owns this figure has either customized it or thought of customizing it, and I'm no different. I thought it was a great figure when I first opened it, but that the paint job didn't do the sculpt any justice at all. In December of 2009 I decided to repaint the face to make the makeup appear messier. However, this ended up looking a little too cartoonish (see comparison pic). So there it sat until I gathered up the motivation to have another go at this figure after browsing around the custom figure realm here and noticing what wonderful custom jobs a lot of realmers had made out of their MM Jokers. I smeared the face in a very thin, thinned-down layer of flesh-tone paint, and smudged it around to even it out. Then, I dirtied up the jacket, vest and shoes with some very light dry-brushing of a muddy brown paint, because the plastic looked too cheap and clean to me. Finally, I repainted the hair, starting with a brown wash, then a muddy brown one and a green one to finish. Also gave him a knife that I moulded out of DAS air-drying clay. Sure it's far from the best Joker here, but I'm really proud of it.
