Spidey is a Marvel Icon that I dremmeled out the hips and shoulders to allow a larger range of movement. Then I put a black spandex body suit on him and painted it up. Much better now.(I think).
The Goblin and Carnage are a couple of other custom's I've yet to post

Awesome looking spider-man. He looks much better than the original. The twisty ties webbing is a great touch.

The base figures for Goblin and Carnage were the old Horizon Model kits 1/6th scale vinyl. They are great for adapting to custom's.

Oh my God this is brilliant. I definitely have to make one for myself. Also, where did those awesome Goblin and Carnage figures come from (base figures)? They are BEAUTIFUL.

For the webbing I actually used some of those annoying twisties that keep our figures in thier packages! Might as well put them to use!
