The vehicle was kit bashed from random parts. The wheels and the stuff behind the figure is a complete back end of a remote control truck. I added a platform for him to stand on. I also added and shaped the metal band (from Lowes). The symmetry is a little off. I didn't have the right tools to bend this metal, so I had to wing it. The guns on top came from a cheap robot figure. The mini guns held in his hands came from one of those cheap military fortess sets. The mini guns are connected to the vehicle and move horizontally on the mounts. The figure was completely painted and sealed. The figure itself can be removed from the vehicle.
