I really wanted a texture on his shirt and the Ultimate Nick Fury figure along with the tucked army pants turned out to be perfect for that. I use a Captain America Head and just darkened the hair a bit along with eyes and eyebrows. I used black leather straps for the sword casing and straps. The rest is just a fun paint job and great sealant. Hope you all like it!!

I think this worked out very well for you! It's weird how much the head does look like him, and I never noticed that before.
