Started by applying a base of flat black to the body, except the boots and cuffs.
The next step was to draw a template of the lantern symbol for his chest, transfer it to vinyl and glue it to the figure. After that I drilled a small hole on his right hand, for his ring that was made from a small slice of round plastic with a pin on it.
The next step was to mix my own colors to create a metallic green/turquoise for his mask, cuffs, chest and boots, followed by painting his mustache and beard. Some glow in the dark paint on his chest, eyes, and ring.
Finally, I top coated the metallic parts with high gloss clear coat and the rest of the figure with flat clear.
