I created a Zombie Venom from a Resident Evil figure, I don't know the name of the base figure but I found it in the loose bin at my comic shop and liked the his look. He had a bunch of little spikes stiking out everywhere and I removed those. The head was already split on the upper mouth so I kept that and had it run up the head into a big wound. I sculpted the big stomach, shoulder, back wounds and the gun shot holes, all the smaller wounds were already there. I also sculpted the tongue. I used white paint on all the wounds and the used a purple wash, went back over with a white dry brush and last clear orange and red.
