Queen Eleyn is the Queen of Amazia. A secondary character that appeared in the miniseries Scarlet Witch #1 and then 2 # in energetic form. She was transformed into an energy being by Gargan (that I'll post soon). About the custom not much to say, I used the Mystique skirt and I cut a little bit the hair, then just a repaint.
