This is Max from Batman Beyond, the DCAU. I used a jlu hawkgirl I think, and apoxie sculpt and model masters acrylics. I did it 3 years ago (its one of my first customs), before I learned how to take good pics. lol. I still think its a good add though as I haven't seen another custom of her on here.

Yea, I always thought she was a really cool character and pretty hot for a cartoon. lol. Yea, I got a little carried away, but it was fun making those. haha
