Started as a generic Mob assassin figure, I found that by using a DCUC Lex Luthor head it looked like Agent 47 from the Hitman videogame series.

x1 Fodder cape (cut/dremmeled down into a tie)
x1 DCUC Lex Luthor (head)
x1 Pistol from HML 2-Pack Nick Fury

Painted/Sealed with Vallejo paints/Matte varnish. Areas where paint rub would be an issue (neck/joints) were sanded down prior to painting, painted, and sealed with liquid-type Krazy Glue super-glue, then sealed in Matte Varnish like the rest of the figure.
