So I have wanted to make this figure for a long time. Never had a reason other than desire, until a recent request from a previous requester. So I know everyone has been using the starman base, but to be honest star man is far to big to be superboy.
DC Encyclopedia list Con EL as 5'7 195 so he needed to look that. Plus the requester is really into Jim Style. so here is figure 1 of 3 to come.

Sculpted shirt sleeves, area, and neck
original logo design modeled after the way Jim Lee Draws superboy
