Black Bolt Custom Action Figure

I made this Black Bolt for a friend to complete his Illuminati team. I started with a base figure of the Captain America from the face-off series which took a lot of snading and sculpting paste to get rid of the scales on his outfit originally. The wings were made from the plastic vinyl sold at walmarts and such, painted silver with black lines for a patterned effect. A change of gloves & boots, a sculpted tuning fork for the forehead, and complete paintjob finishes up the Black Bolt. Now its time to end this Silent War!
