Figure is made from a Marvel universe Captain Marvel. I used sculpting putty to cover the mouth, and the rest is just some repainting; though those little Union Jacks are a bit tricky. They have yet to create this figure in any scale and since I have started collecting the 3 3/4 inch line I thought I would add him in.
