Started with the gi joe because it was the right size for marvel universe, and because the head was just a paint job away from Fantomex already. I removed his vest and sanded his chest plate down flat. I used hot glue for the collar and upper coat, shelf paper and electrical tape for the lower coat, with a garbage bag tie as the belt. Hot glue again for the holsters. I am not overly fond of the zig zag lightning like pattern on his new suit, so I made it to be more like an elaborate harness/belt system, while keeping a similar over all pattern. I used thin strips of hot glue, super glued in place for the belts. Coat is removable, as seen in pic 3.
