Used a Star Trek capt.Kirk retro figure as the body. Then stitched together a coat that buttoned down and pants. the belt, ghost symble, name tag, and elbo pads were all hot glue gunned on. his proton pack was made from 3 or 4 card board squares that were wrapped in felt. the nuetralizer was made out of black poster board, and can be attached to his pack. the slime was all painted on.
