I basically took my Bucky Black costume (Dr. Manhattan), chipped the hair away, removed the belt items & his buckets for his boots...& started repainting. Using testors metallic gold, I did the base costume. The cool sparkles on it is some nail polish glitter finish seal coat. The finish coat also seals the testors gold which tends to stay tacky & imprints really easy! Stole the Flash ear covers from my Jay Garricks boots. Painted all the red next. then painstakingly built the lightning rod from the Flash Reborn graphic novel. Any comments are welcome. Enjoy
