Usagi Yojimbo Playmates Head & Armor, Plus Feet
Miyamoto Usagi is the samurai rabbit. I used Spawn’s ninja body which I wasn’t sure would work, but I went for it anyway. I transplanted all of his original armor onto his new body. The head is removable and attached with 2 strong magnets.
I had to cut off his feet and sculpt them back on, which was a gamble but worked out. Also I worried that the smooth arms wouldn’t look right, but I drybrushed them and I think it made it look like white fur. He has many weapons to do battle with SHURIKENS, SPEARS, SWORDS, NUNCHUKS. I wanted to keep the original style and color scheme of the toy.
