Sanded down an Abomination figure to remove all the bumps.
Used a ton of apoxie sculpt everything onto arms & legs.
Made shoulder strap from Despero belt.
Used flex plastic to make the yellow shirt and belt.
Attached belt pouches.
Added belt sash onto a Hulk head, then attached.
Painted.
