I made this figure from various jakks figures including a Jeff Hardy head.I used apoxie for most of the detailing. I made the shield from a headphone case with craft stars.The belt is from a tmnt figure with random GI joe accessories glued on. This was a work in progress for a long time, and now it is complete. This is my interpretation of the Cap. Thanks for looking.
