I'd been meaning to make Box for years - he was the only Alpha Flighter I hadn't made. He came together pretty quickly, apart from a couple of aspects. The arms & legs are from Thorbuster Iron Man, the torso & hips are from a TNA Samoa Joe. The first head I made was basically a sheet styrene structure over the original TNA head, but it was hollow in places and was pretty much destroyed after I tried to make a mould. I salvaged what I could and redid it, but solid this time. The second head doesn't look as angry as the first, but I still like it. The belt was craft foam.
