Hyakume(百目,one hundred eyes),I couldn't find a lot of information about him,but as his name implies,he is a Yokai with one hundred eyes.
For my Hyakume action figure I sculpted over a Blue CTVT body entirely with clay.For his hair I used some strands of rope which I attached with E-6000.I painted the entire figure with acrylics and sealed with modpodge.

I usually base them off of images I find or that I have in my head(from seeing before),I usually mix elements from the different versions of the character I find or remember seeing(I also love to add details from what I have read about the character,that may not be found in the images I see).
