This figure was realesed in the 70's yellow with red shorts version. In my opinion, who would were shorts over tights...let along any man wanting to wear tights. I mean Flash or Aquaman where their environment or powers lend to a sleek formfitting out, then I can see it...anyway enough ranting. Using more curent & militaristic images out there, I got rid of the shorts. Then using spare parts I replaced the belt & added pouches. Used pleather to create flaired Gauntlet ends & mixed up a good Leather color & paited Gauntlets & Harness. Darkend the colors on the boots ( Gold not yellow), & painted the silver on emblem & made harness riggings. Finally painted over the bug eyed Helmet lenses with gloss Black. I really like how he turned out. Enjoy. Comments?
