This is a figure made by a talented crafter in china named GU BOQUIAN , I have bought naruto , pain , and sasuke from him , he is an exelent figure designer and a great person.
Congrats on owning such an awesome custom. Doesn't Pain come with a cool base too? I seem to recall one from pics I've seen before. He bought it from a customizer known as moviefei. I wish I could've gotten a Pain or Sasuke (winged version) but they're so limited and expensive.
