When the 1987 live action Masters of the Universe movie hit the theaters, Muppet magazine published a spoof picture of Kermit the Frog dressed up in He-Man gear. I’ve always quite liked that poster and when I saw the 25th Anniversary Kermit the Frog figure, I felt that was the perfect base figure to make a He-Frog. So I added hair, armor and sculpted a sword for him modeled after the sword on the poster. gave him a paint job and some accessories and he was done.

shoulder armor: 200x Masters Of The Universe Beast Man knee pads
belt + chest armor: leather straps
belt buckle: 200x Mer Man belt
holster: Playmobil
gun: from fodder box
dagger + breast shield: parts of a dollar store toy soldier
hair, gauntlet, leg armor and sword: custom sculpt
