Adrian's Alex Mercer 2/4/11. Yeah, I know, not the best alex mercer,took me about 2 days to make.The base was a quick silver,jacket was from a mr teriffic,legs were from a nick fury,blade arm was from sculpt and blade was from alex mercer action figure, and hand was from marvel legends dracula,head was from madman,and his hood was from an old shirt.the rest was sculpt.

This isn't too bad of a custom of Alex. I just think it would look better if you found a better material for the hood. Other than that, it looks pretty cool!
