Ok, so I was highly dissapointed that Frank wasn't in Peace Walker, so I took it upon myself to try and design what he would look like during the game or at least at the era it took place. It was really all Miles with some sculpt and a new knife. :D He was the simplest custom yet... but I'm extremely happy.
