In a world of Monsters and Magic there is hardly room for a lone warrior. Born into the world an orphan, Victor Maelstrom trained himself from a very young age to become a warrior of the sword. Years of training in the forests of Magmar fortified his iron will and mastery of the sword and shield technique. A ronin of sorts, Maelstrom is a merc for anyone willing to pay his price. Living in the forest taught him to communicate with the creatures of the forest. From the Great Grey Bear to the Fire impala, these are his only companions in this world. When word came one day that the King of Magmar had fallen to the axe of a madman named Neco, Maelstrom was commissioned to kill Neco and restore order in the kingdom. In a battle that took place in the ruins of Medusa, Maelstrom cut the head of Neco and presented it to the counsel of Magmar. Asked to take the place of their King, Maelstrom declined and suggested a champion be selected through combat. All men from around the land came to participate in the contest, and one was crowned, a Warrior Mage called Brocasta. Maelstrom then took to the forest once more and Brocasta ruled the land for many years. One day another messenger came to the forest to find once again, the hero of Magmar. The message was simple, "the King has gone mad, Maelstrom is needed".

Thank you for being the first to notice my backdrop. I got it as a gift a long time ago and try to use it for most of my villian/anti-hero figures. And thank you for your compliment.

Thank you very much. Ya, I thought bizzaro brought an animated look for him. I was thinking Garrison from battle chasers to go for. I always thought he looked pretty bad@ss. But ya, thanks for the compliment.

He looks pretty cool! The Bizzarro was an excellent choice for a warrior!
