This custom was actually made for a fellow supernatural fan, this one was pretty much made from the left over parts from the dean and castiel customs, anyway the cheeks had to be slightly modified to look more like sam also the hair, coat pockets, collar and knife were completly sculpted with apoxie then everything was painted and then sealed.

This is the best Sam for sure, excellent likeness, great idea of use Mezco parts, he looks factory made, congrats, too bad the show is really bad now, hope this custom won't be based in the current season.
