Ice Star is one of my creations I sketched up years ago. Hidden Nuclear element powers his armor for weapons. Chest cannon is Nuke Ice blast ( in a containment field band), right arm cannon is a Ionic concussive laser, Left arm is dual missle launcher, with twin shoulder mount machine guns. Blue armor converts sound to energy.
I used a Dr. Manhattan figure for the base. Then raided all the spare parts I could get ahold of & created the Armor. This dude was fun to make. Enjoy.
