This was another requested figure. The base was one of those movie Cyclopse from the 2 pack with Wolverine I think. The head is a Bobby Drake cast I believe but I could be wrong about that.

I was excited about the character and was asked to 'ice' up the arms and head and leave the uniform untouched. This gave me a chance to experiment with some paint effects and I think I achieved the look.
